How much is shipping?
Shipping cost is indicated in the item description. Delivery available to limited locations.
Do you ship to my location?
We ship to anywhere within the United States. At this time, I'm sorry we do not ship to other countries.
When will I get my item?
If your item is a product that I have already completed, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Once it is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please check your tracking number for delivery status. If it is a product I custom make once I receive your order, please allow 2-4 weeks for me to handcraft your item before I get it shipped to you.
Will I be charged Sales Tax?
For any items mailed to an address within Texas, there will be an additional 8.25% charge for sales tax.
What happens if it doesn't show up?
Your item was shipped via Priority Mail with the USPS. This includes insurance and tracking. If it doesn't show up, please contact the USPS directly.
What happens if I don't like it?
We certainly hope you like your product, but if you don't we offer full refunds within 30 days of receipt. All we ask is that you pay to ship it back to us. Once we receive it in good condition, we will process the refund. We advise sending it using a method that includes tracking.
What if I love it so much I want another one?
That would be awesome! The answer depends on the product. We will offer multiples of some products, either in the same colors or possibly different colors. Some items will be unique. If you think you can't live without it, you should buy it when you see it!
Where did all these great items come from?
Some of the products are my own design. For some of them, I use or modify patterns from some pretty great pattern designers, including Sew Sweetness Patterns, Spencer Ogg Patterns, Sew Yours Patterns, Sewing Seeds of Love, and Embroidery Garden. All items are made in a smoke-free, pet-friendly workshop.
Can I order a custom bag?
At this time, I am not offering custom products. If you want one of the products I sell in a different fabric, check back frequently as I will be adding stock periodically. Some fabrics are hard to come by right now so I can't predict when I will be adding specific colors.
